System Description:
This system is mainly applicable to the conveying of carbon black, clay, zinc oxide, silica, rubber powder and other powder and granular materials. It has the advantages of clean environment, high automation, convenient installation, flexible arrangement, high mixing ratio, large conveying capacity, long conveying distance, low conveying crushing rate, no blockage, safe operation and high reliability.
Structural Features:
This system is mainly composed of air source, unpacking device of ton bag, pressure tank,distribution valve, conveying pipeline and control system.
Air Source: It includes pre-filter, gas-water separation device, heatless regeneration and drying device, post-filter and air storage tank, which fully ensures the gas quality of conveying powder materials to prevent blockage during transportation.
Pressure Tank: It is a pressure vessel, mainly composed of feed butterfly valve, discharge butterfly valve, fluidization valve, exhaust valve, pressure regulating valve, safety valve, stop valve, one-way valve, Laval nozzle, level gauge, pressure transmitter and filter.
Distribution Valve: Driven by compressed air pressure P = 0.4 ~ 0.6MPa.
Conveying Pipe: Single pipe conveying or double pipe conveying can be adopted for powder conveying. For carbon black conveying in the rubber industry, our company mainly recommends double pipe conveying. The double pipe is composed of a main pipe and an auxiliary pipe. The main pipe is 304 stainless steel pipe and the auxiliary pipe is stainless steel pipe or galvanized pipe. A pneumatic nozzle is installed on the stainless steel pipe wall, and components such as a filter and a one-way valve are installed inside. The auxiliary pipe is equipped with pneumatic stop valve and pressure sensor to prevent pipe plugging. Double pipe conveying is to equip the compressed air companion pipe beside the main conveying pipe of materials. A set of unidirectional air inlet filter device is provided between the main pipe and the companion pipe every 500mm. After the conveying starts, the compressed air is injected into the main pipe through the unidirectional air inlet filter device, and the solid-gas mixture in the pipe is divided into 500mm sections. The materials in each section creep forward under the pressure difference.
