High-Precision Semi-Automatic Small Chemicals Weighing and Dosing System
System Description:
This semi-automatic small chemicals weighing and dosing system is independently developed for batching the small-quantity but high-precision materials. It is applicable for the weighing of powdery, flaky and granular materials with a variety of kinds, small quantity of single material but high-precision requirements. Compared with the original manual weighing, the most remarkable features of this system is that it can stabilize products quality without the influences of human factors. Meanwhile, it can also record and print production reports, which are convenient for the management personnel to count and track the production status.
This system mainly includes electronic scale, storage hoppers, drive device for storage hoppers, batching baskets, drive device for batching baskets, feeding platform with staircase and guardrail, reclaiming spoon, dust removal system, barcode error proofing system and control system. It has the advantages of flexible layout, high reliability, low one-time investment, low use cost, high weighing accuracy, easy operation, maintenance-free, advanced control, effective error prevention, environmental protection and practicality.
Working Principle
After the material passes the barcode scanning, the storage hopper that needs to add material will automatically run to the feeding platform. After it stops stably, the automatic door opening mechanism will automatically open the feed door and then the material will be transported to the feeding platform through the material conveyor belt. The operator will unpack and feed the material. Before production, the operator well sets the plastic bag inside the batching basket. The system will starts to operate automatically after the production recipe is sent by the management computer. At this moment, the storage hopper will automatically run to the operating position and stops according to the process set in the recipe. The operator starts batching. After that, the batching basket will run to the operating station in proper sequence and the operator will repeat the batching process. During the batching process by the operator, the electronic scale will judge whether the weighing is qualified according to the weighing value and allowable error in the set process in the computer. Only the batching basket with qualified weighing can automatically run to the next station. After feeding one material according to the process recipe, the drive device of storage hopper starts to find the next storage hopper that needs to add material and drives it to the operating station and operates as described above. The system will alert the operator to take out the ready materials after all the materials are batched as per the process recipe required for production.
