System Description：

This system is developed by our company on the basis of absorbing the advantages of a variety of small chemicals weighing and dosing systems at home and abroad. It is a fully automatic dosing system for the powdery, flaky and granular materials with high production efficiency and accuracy and mainly used for weighing and dosing the small chemicals in the mixing workshop of rubber industry. It can meet the requirements of multiple mixers need for small chemicals. This system is also widely applied for high-precision batching of various powdery, flaky and granular materials in chemicals, plastics, food, feed and other industries.

     
    

   

   

Structural Features and Working Principle:

This system is composed of unpacking station, storage hopper, feeding device, electronic batching scale, electronic scale for calibration, operating roller table, transfer roller table, dust removal system and control system. The operator sets the plastic bag on the batching basket (the manipulator can be used for the automatic bagging and taking). The batching basket can automatically run on the positioning transfer roller table, lifting and turning roller table, electronic batching scale and check scale. When batching, each batching basket automatically runs to the corresponding electronic scale and is positioned according to the process recipe requirements and tare weight is automatically deducted. Small chemicals are fed into the batching baskets by the feeding device as per the preset recipes. After all the materials are batched and double checked by the check scale, the baskets automatically runs to the positioning roller table and waits for being taken. The operator takes out the plastic bag with the prepared materials (the manipulator can be used for automatic bagging and taking) and puts a new plastic bag inside the batching basket. The system will automatically prepares to start a new round of weighing and dosing jobs.
