System Description:

This system has successfully solved the problem of users using the automatic weighing and dosing system for the tipping bucket kneader in the single-floor and two-floor workshops, so that users can use the mixer upstream system similar to the three-floor and four-floor mixing workshops without affecting the dosing accuracy or increasing the plant investment, and reasonably controlling the maintenance and use costs. This system can be widely applied to the small and medium-sized rubber production enterprises that are still using kneaders or small-sized mixers but the plants are only single-layer or two-layer structures.

1. The layout scheme is flexible and the plant investment is low. It can be designed for different plant structures.

2. No raw material loss, production automation and management informationization can be realized.

3. The screw mechanism is used to control the accuracy, and the weighing accuracy is high.

4. It is mainly applicable to mixer and kneader smaller than 160L.
