This system is developed by combining the advantages of the mixer upstream system and automatic small chemicals weighing and dosing system. It is mainly applicable for the precise batching of railway brake shoes, brake pads, friction materials and other industries.

The display weight while weighing material is the actual weight of the material that is fed into the batching basket. Thus, the display, storage, printing and the weight value and tolerance of the material that is finally used is the actual value.
