System Description: 

This system is a fully intelligent materials (powder, rubber, liquid and etc.) conveying, storing, dosing and feeding system for the rubber industry developed by our company on the basis of introducing and absorbing the advanced technology from Germany and Britain. It can be matched with 35L ~ 650L internal mixers of various specifications. It is mainly composed of 5 parts: carbon black (fillers) weighing, oil weighing, rubber weighing, dust removal system and rubber mixing whole process control system. The control system combines the latest information technology with production management and rubber mixing process, integrates the whole process control of rubber mixing production, production plan management, material management and quality tracking management, and truly realizes the integration of control and management. It plays an important role in improving management level and product quality and maintaining product stability.
